Minimum Stay: Guest Rooms - three (3) nights, Cottage - six (6) nights.
Check-in: After 3:00pm.
Check-out: before 11:00am.
Payment requirement: A 50% deposit will secure your booking, (must be
received within seven days of reservation). Balance is due 30 days prior
to arrival (Personal checks, Money order or Travelers checks are accepted).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if more than 60 days prior to
arrival. Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival, no refund unless
